Hello. I own three houses that are just two blocks away from the St. John's University campus and near Union Turnpike where all the popular retail stores are located. The three houses consist of nine different apartments. Three second floor apartments, three ground floor apartments and three basement apartments. All three houses are fully renovated!
Single Rooms are available throughout the nine individual apartments. All three houses have washer and dryer. Some bedrooms have their own private bathrooms. One room has a private bathroom and a private entrance. There is a laundry room in the basement for all three houses.
I pay all the utilities including wifi. The price also includes unlimited laundry access. You pay no other fees. All rooms allow for a full-size bed or bigger, depending on the room. Some rooms fit queen-sized beds. You have to bring your own bed. All bedrooms are delivered vacant. The common areas of the apartments are either fully furnished or partly furnished. Your room will have a lock and key. You share the kitchen, dining room and living room with your roommates. Each floor is independent of each other.
All rooms are part of an apartment where you share the kitchen, bathroom, living room, dining room and other common areas of the house with other SJU students.
Not all rooms are pictured. All bedrooms and apartments are delivered clean.
The Fall semester rental period is August 1, 2025 - July 31, 2026. One-year leases. Please contact me to secure your Fall semester rooms now. I can share photos and show available rooms immediately.
The houses are located at the convenient location of 168th Street and Union Turnpike. This is the best location to enjoy the campus lifestyle without all the restrictions of living on campus. You will be adjacent to the best retail stores in the neighborhood including 7-11, Dunkin Donuts, Double Jays Deli, Vinny's Pizza, the Chinese Restaurant, Thai BBQ restaurant and the local supermarket.
These houses are designed for St. John's University students. Most students stay at my houses for one to three years.

All apartments are for St. John's students only. The landlord does not live on the premises. No other adults or animals live in the houses. Only undergraduate or graduate students that are enrolled at St. John's University.
One block from the 168th Street bus stop. The Q46 bus takes you to the nearest subway station (Union Tpke-Kew Gardens) and into Manhattan. The bus stop also offers the QM5, QM6, QM7 and QM8 buses that bring you straight into either Midtown or Downtown Manhattan.
I pay for all the utilities including gas heat, electric, hi-speed wifi (currently 600 mbps), hot water, sewer charges, laundry usage and the landscaping of the property. I put all the utilities under my name. You do not have to put utility accounts under your name. You do not have to chase your roommates for their share of the utility.
I get the best hi-speed wifi so that you can play video games, watch Netflix/Hulu or search the internet without ever having to worry about bandwidth issues or slow internet service. The buildings are designed for students.
Parking is available for no fee. Street parking is also plentiful.
Students can also enjoy the front porches or the backyards to BBQ and enjoy the outside.
