Description

I have a room within my home that I am looking to fill. There are currently three of us living here, all guys around 30. One of us is moving out and we are looking to fill his room. It is 15x12 with its own private ensuite bathroom and private closet. The room comes semi furnished with a kingsize bed, a dresser, a nightstand and a TV stand (all pictured). There is a desk that may be staying as well. It is a large house, with a front porch, big back yard with a big deck, and in-ground pool. The home has a washer and dryer, a large kitchen, a dining room, 2 large living rooms and a basement (all pictured). You'll have access to everything. Of the two people who also live here, one works from home the other works in college athletics at St. John's. There is a lot of street parking on our block.
