My 4 roommates and I are looking for 1 more roommate! The house is located right across from campus and is less than 1 min walk away. The room is medium-sized and in the basement. Has a window, a big double door closet, and can fit a queen bed. This room share a bathroom with 2 more roommates who lives downstairs.
House has a washer/dryer and a dishwasher. Fully furnished house and kitchen. Shared driveway with the other roommates. Water is included, but we split utilities (electricity/gas, internet) No fees! Only rent and security deposit!
